We had 1,2 and 3 Bedroom apartments plus a penthouse to market via Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Travel Agents and also marketing our own website and Facebook pages.
With 2 office staff looking after our booking systems and our housekeeping team looking after the apartments we also relied on a team of suppliers to looking after plumbing, appliance, electrical and handyman service requirements.
We also managed every apsect of a high rise building including the servic and maintenance of lifts, fire systems, lights, swimming pool, spa, gym, carparking, aircon and ducting systems, pest control, emergency generators.
